<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle warning light system which safely notifies a target vehicle of the presence of a vehicle with the vehicle warning light system installed thereon, and a vehicle including the system. <P>SOLUTION: A vehicle warning light system 100 and a vehicle including the system each include a processor 111.
