<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe inner surface repair band capable of preventing diameter reduction caused by an external force applied in an inner diameter direction while retaining the expansion and contraction flexibility of the expansion and contraction part of a tubular body member. <P>SOLUTION: The pipe inner surface repair band comprises: a tubular body member 5 having sealing parts 8, 8' that come in contact with inner surfaces of a spigot pipe 1 and a socket pipe 2 in a sealing manner, respectively, and an expansion and contraction part 9 having a margin for expansion and contraction that follow relative positions or relative shifts of both the spigot and socket pipes 1, 2; a holding member 12 disposed in the axial direction across at least a part thereof while being internally in contact with the inner surface of the expansion and contraction part 9; and a support member 7 that supports the holding member 12 that comes in contact with the expansion and contraction part 9 while withstanding an external force in the direction of the inner diameter with respect to both the spigot and socket pipes 1, 2 while the expansion and contraction part 9 is formed in a shape of a bellows having vertical convex and concave surfaces alternately along the pipe axial direction, whereby the convex surface 9e that comes in contact with the holding member 12 in the direction of the inner diameter of the expansion and contraction part 9 is formed at a linear surface extending straight along the pipe axial direction while the holding member 12 is kept in contact with the outer surface of the support member 7 for the retention of the support member 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
