<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultraviolet analyzer capable of avoiding the influence on the measured value by a snaking phenomenon with a simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: A low pressure mercury lamp 3 is arranged adjacent to a measurement cell 2 and irradiates a sample in the measurement cell 2 with ultraviolet light and a detector 4 detects the quantity of the transmitted light. And, the quantity is converted into an ozone gas concentration by a calculation part not shown so as to be output to an output part or a display part. A light source power supply 5, which is a power source of the low pressure mercury lamp 3, is turned on and off by the operation of a switch 6 and a control part 7 opens and closes the switch 6 at a predetermined period. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
