<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module capable of partially transmitting light and achieving both rear side lighting and power generation by light-receiving even when a non-translucent substrate in which light does not transmit or light hardly transmits is used, and to provide a manufacturing method of the same. <P>SOLUTION: A light transmission type thin-film solar cell module 1 is formed by laminating a thin film solar cell element 12 on a non-translucent substrate 11, and a plurality of light transmissive through-holes 1a, which penetrates the substrate 11 and the thin film solar cell element 12, is formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
