<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinged cap configured to prevent outflow of a content liquid remaining in an annular groove on an outer peripheral side of a pouring cylinder without interfering with opening/closing operation of a cap. <P>SOLUTION: The hinged cap includes a cap 7 connected to an inside plug 5 via a hinge 3 so as to be opened/closed. A plurality of radial ribs 6 serving as liquid circulation prevention ribs are installed in a groove bottom of the annular groove 56 formed between a fitting projection 54 of the inside plug 5 and the pouring cylinder 53.
