PURPOSE: A heat exchanger and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the generation of a gap between heat exchange plates. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchange comprises tubes(100) and plates(200). The tubes have an internal passage. The plates are fitted along the longitudinal direction of the tubes. Each plate comprises a flat-plane part(210) and a boss part(220).
