PURPOSE: A game board for investment game is provided to indirectly experience hard process of investing real estate. CONSTITUTION: A game board for investment game comprises: a game board body(10); a first wheel part(20) which is printed in a circular squirrel wheel shape at the center and has a game start section and a plurality of first living economy section, wherein a player rolls a dice and advances a piece as many as the dice indicates; and an investment game board part(30) which is printed around the first wheel part at the edge of the game board body and has an investment game start section and a plurality of real estate investment sections, wherein the piece which passed the first wheel part moves as many as the dice indicates.
