<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pickup unit in which miniaturization is easy, inertia is small during activation and a stop, a pickup operation is high in speed and accurately carried out, and an operation is swift. <P>SOLUTION: A slide shaft 24 and a cylindrical groove cam 25 are arranged along one main axis 26 set in a machine body 23. The slide shaft 24 includes an adsorption nozzle 27 disposed at a lower end to be vertically movable. The slide shaft 24 and the cylindrical groove cam 25 are coupled to each other by a joint 35 having a cam follower 36 guided by the cylindrical groove cam 25. One end of the cam follower 36 is guided to a cam groove 32 disposed around the circumferential surface of the cylindrical groove cam 25, and the other end is guided to a linear guide hole 40 disposed in the machine body 23 in the main axis direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
