<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a converter controller that can measure a central value of a reactor current with high precision. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a converter controller that measures a central value of a current (reactor current IL) flowing in a reactor L1 connected to a battery 10, by switching switching elements Q1 and Q2.
