<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic-inorganic composite thin-film solar cell excellent in photoelectric conversion efficiency, and a method for manufacturing the organic-inorganic composite thin-film solar cell. <P>SOLUTION: An organic-inorganic composite thin-film solar cell 1 comprises a photoelectric conversion active layer 4 in which inorganic N-type semiconductor compound particles 6 exist in an organic P-type semiconductor compound 5. Inorganic P-type semiconductor compound particles 3 also exist in the organic P-type semiconductor compound 5.
