<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent gas barrier laminated film having a high permeation rate of not greater than 1 g/m<SP POS="POST">2</SP>/day. <P>SOLUTION: The gas barrier laminated film 10 comprises a resin base material 11, a primer layer 12, and a vapor deposition film layer 13 wherein the primer layer 12 and the vapor deposition film layer 13 are laminated in this order on one surface of the resin base material 11. The primer layer 12 is formed by a composite of an acryl polyol obtained by polymerizing a monomer having an alicyclic structure with a proportion of not less than 10 mol% and not greater than 80 mol%, and an isocyanate based compound.
