<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply that properly determines which of charging to the power supply or power supplying from the power supply to perform, when connected to the power supply. <P>SOLUTION: A power supplying connector 10 uses a signal route for transmitting the signal which transmits information to determine a fitting state of a charging connector in accordance with a J1772 standard by SAE and a connection part, as the signal route for transmitting the signal, in which a value is changed depending on a connected state, and the value is changed depending on an indication permitting power supply from a vehicle to a power supply target. The signal route is formed as a closed system.
