<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expand the communicable range of a radio station subordinate to a radio communication system having lower priority, while suppressing interference to a radio communication system having higher priority when a frequency is shared by a plurality of radio communication systems. <P>SOLUTION: A radio method management device 7 acquires a transmission power value of a base station 1 and a terminal station 2, and receives a transmission power value from a base station 3, a reception power value from the base station 1 and a reception power value from the terminal station 2, and based on the received power values, calculates interference power from the base station 3 to the base station 1 and the terminal station 2. If the interference power to the base station 1 is larger, the radio method management device 7 controls the transmission power at the base station 3 to be smaller than a value which is obtained by adding a maximum allowable interference amount to the transmission power value at the base station 1, and subtracting therefrom the reception power value from the base station 1 at the base station 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
