METHOD OF ESTIMATING REQUIRED NUMBER OF RADIO RESOURCES ALLOCATED TO MULTIPLE ON-ROAD COMMUNICATION DEVICES INSTALLED IN PRESCRIBED AREA, AND ALLOCATION METHOD OF RADIO RESOURCES

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for allowing a user to easily estimate a minimum value for the required number of radio resources allocated to on-road communication devices installed in a prescribed area.

SOLUTION: A method includes: an interference area specifying step of specifying an interference area K where a road side communication unit 2 installed at an installation candidate point V interferes with another road side communication unit 2; a unit area setting step of setting a unit area U; an allocation step of allocating first slots SL1 to respective installation candidate points V so that the respective installation candidate points V included in the unit area U do not interfere with each other; and a step of acquiring the minimum value of the number of the first slots SL1 required for allocation in the allocation step as an estimated value of the minimum value of the required number of the first slots SL1 allocated to the plurality of road side communication units 2 installed in an object area P.
