<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet material inspection and cutting device which continuously photographs a long sheet material while being conveyed to detect a defective part, and cuts the sheet material to predetermined length to create a sheet material. <P>SOLUTION: A sheet material inspection and cutting device is constituted by being provided with: a conveyance mechanism for conveying a long sheet material pulled out from a roll body of the long sheet material at predetermined speed; a photographing device for photographing the long sheet material; an inspection mechanism for detecting a defective part from an image; and a cutting mechanism for cutting the long sheet material to predetermined length, and providing the cutting mechanism with: a feeding mechanism for feeding the long sheet material; a selection mechanism for selecting a sheet member including the defective part when the defective part of the long sheet material is detected; and a speed governing mechanism which is provided between the conveyance mechanism and the feeding mechanism, and for governing speed difference of the long sheet material which is generated between the conveyance mechanism and the feeding mechanism. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
