摘要 PURPOSE: A welding robot easy teaching apparatus and a welding method thereof are provided to automatically calculate and send the position information of the start and end points of welding to the welding robot. CONSTITUTION: A welding robot easy teaching apparatus includes a distance sensing unit(100), a first angle sensing unit(300), a second angle sensing unit(400), a control panel(500), and a mounting bracket(600). The distance sensing unit measures the distance from a welded object which a pointer(700) connected to a wire hook(200) indicates. The first angle sensing unit measures a pitch angle from a welding spot, and the second angle sensing unit measures a yaw angle from the welding spot. The control panel collects sensed data from the sensing units and performs wireless communication with a robot teaching controller(800). The mounting bracket separates or attaches a sensor module including the sensing units and the control panel from or to the welding robot. The welding postures and conditions of the welding robot are stored in a robot controller database. The welding position and condition of the welding robot are stored in the robot controller database.
