PURPOSE: A maintenance member for preventing a window frame surrounding area from being polluted and repairing a leaked area and a maintenance method using the same are provided to prevent a window frame surrounding area from being polluted and a water leakage through a gap by easily repairing cracks and gaps between a window fame and a wall. CONSTITUTION: A maintenance member comprises a rectangular maintenance member(110) and a curved maintenance member(120). The rectangular maintenance member comprises an upper and a lower double plate(111,112). The lower plate comprises one or more slots for fixing the rectangular maintenance member to a plane and a support piece(114) in a rectangular structure. The upper plate comprises a support piece(115) in a rectangular structure for being overlapped with the support piece of the lower plate. The curved maintenance member comprises a U-shaped flat plate(121) which generates a repulsive force for outwardly pushing each other.
