PURPOSE: A ground improvement device is provided to improve the quality of the ground by smoothly cutting and discharging underground soil regardless of ground conditions. CONSTITUTION: A ground improvement device comprises an injection rod(120), an ultrahigh pressure water pipe(130), a compressed air pipe(140), a curing agent pipe(150), a cutting fluid injection nozzle(160), a curing agent injection nozzle(170), and a excavating bit(180). The ultrahigh pressure water pipe, compressed air pipe, and curing agent pipe are installed inside the injection rod for providing ultrahigh pressure water, compressed air, and a curing agent. The cutting fluid injection nozzle is installed in the middle part of the injection rod and injects the ultrahigh pressure water and compressed air at ultrahigh pressure. The curing agent injection nozzle is installed in the lower part of the injection rod and injects the curing agent at ultrahigh pressure. The excavating bit is installed at the lower end of the injection rod for excavates the object ground.
