摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric injector driving device capable of more reliably detecting a ground short-circuit that occurs on a ground side of a piezoelectric injector where a selection switch is provided. <P>SOLUTION: When an injection command (TQ signal) is inputted, a cylinder selection control part 26 turns on one of selection switches SWs and a drive control part 24 turns on/off a charge switch SWc, thereby charging a piezoelectric injector INJ that is a drive target with a predetermined amount of electric charge (charge phase). When the input of the TQ signal is stopped, a discharge control part 28 turns on/off a discharge switch SWd, thereby discharging the electric charge accumulated in the piezoelectric injector INJ (discharge phase) and then holds the discharge switch SWd at an on state (forced discharge phase). When a current (or an electric charge amount) that flows through the discharge switch SWd exceeds a threshold value in the forced discharge phase at a driving device, a ground short-circuit determination part 34 detects occurrence of a ground short-circuit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
