<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noble metal cost by minimizing manufacturing time and effort for post-processing. <P>SOLUTION: The device includes first contact means 12 arranged in a contact carrier 3, and second contact means 5 for acting on the first contact means with prescribed contact force F, the contact carrier 3 is made of a plastic front injection molding body composed of electro platable first plastic 13 and electro unplatable second plastic 11, the first plastic 13 has a defined elastic property, the first contact means 12 is made of a metal layer 12.1, the metal layer can be deposited on the first plastic 13 during electro plating process, and the elastic property of the first plastic 13 and the dimensions of the metal layer cause a minute concave part 12.2 for guiding the second contact means 5 to the first contact means 12 by receiving the action of the contact force F to be generated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
