<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical microscope device having a vibration-proof function that can be achieved easily at a low cost, and a medical care device having the same. <P>SOLUTION: A medical microscope device 3 arranged near a medical care table 2 comprises: a connection member 11 concentrically fitted and connected to a vertical cylindrical fixed support shaft 10; a hanger arm 30 supported by the connection member so as to be horizontally pivotal; and a microscope body 31 attached to the leading end of the hanger arm 30. A rolling bearing 12 is interposed in a portion where the fixed support shaft 10 and the connection member 11 are fitted. In addition, the connection member 11 is configured such that the rotation of the axis relative to the fixed support shaft is prevented by a rotation stop member.
