<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for increasing carbonic acid stimulation of carbonated drink without increasing carbon dioxide gas pressure. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided the method for increasing carbonic acid stimulation of carbonated drink by adding a hydroxyl acid ester; the carbonic acid stimulation increasing method for the carbonated drink, wherein the carbonated drink is produced by adding the hydroxyl acid ester to the carbonated drink or by producing the drink using the hydroxyl acid ester as a raw material; and the carbonated drink production method to use either one of the carbonic acid stimulation increasing methods for the carbonated drink. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
