<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-like cosmetic widely suppressing the adsorption of a cationic bactericide to a sheet-like substrate material, without having irritating odor and having less stickiness. <P>SOLUTION: This sheet-like cosmetic includes a sheet-like substrate material including a cellulosic fiber, and a liquid composition impregnated with the sheet-like substrate material, wherein the liquid composition includes at least one kind of compound selected from (A) a cationic bactericide, (B) a polyoxyalkylene branched alkyl ether and (C) an inorganic salt and an organic salt, and (D) 10 to 35 mass% ethanol.
