PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate electricity charge based on a power charge system by effectively using power consumption data stored in a watt-hour meter having a data storage function.

SOLUTION: A Web server 21 includes a contract plan information management part 211 for acquiring contract plan information relating to each contract plan provided by each power company from each power company. A PC 12 includes: a power consumption data acquisition part 121 for acquiring power consumption data from a smart member 11; a contract plan information acquisition part 123 for acquiring the contract plan information corresponding to a contract plan selected by a user; an electricity charge calculation part 124 for performing the trial calculation of electricity charge based on the contact plan selected by the user by using the power consumption data; and a display processing part 125 for displaying the trial calculation result.
