<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bicycle body having a frame to which an electric assisting drive unit device can be easily added in a detachable manner, and a drive transmission assisting device. <P>SOLUTION: The bicycle with the drive transmission assisting device includes a frame body and a rechargeable battery arranged on a front side in a detachable manner. A torque sensor through which a crankshaft penetrates detects rotation and controls drive of a motor. An electric assisting drive unit device that performs pedaling force drive assisting travel by a reduction gear is supported on an upper center of the frame of the bicycle. A lower bottom bracket shell is provided with the crankshaft, a pedaling force sprocket, and a crank pedal. A sprocket and a chain are arranged between the electric assisting drive unit device and the crankshaft to enable drive transmission of the pedal force and assisted drive. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
