<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator that reduces static deflection of a light reflection surface in a configuration in which a conductive pattern is installed on a substrate including an oscillating system, an optical scanner, and an image forming apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: An actuator that reduces static deflection includes: a substrate including a movable part that can be swung around a swinging shaft, a connection part that extends from the movable part, and a support part that supports the connection part; a mirror holding body including a light reflection part that has a light reflection surface, and a fixed part that extends from the light reflection part and is fixed to the movable part; a coil provided to the movable part; and a magnet that generates a magnetic field acting on the coil. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
