<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further miniaturize an inverter device by optimizing arrangement of individual members in the inverter device. <P>SOLUTION: A rotary electric machine connection terminal 25 is disposed on the side of a short-side first direction X1 with respect to a switching element 14. A capacitor 31 is disposed so as to overlap with the rotary electric machine connection terminal 25 when viewed in an orthogonal direction Z.
