<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle seat which allows a seat back to be reclined to a full flat condition even when the height dimension of the seat back is larger than a distance dimension to a rear seat (a rear side seat). <P>SOLUTION: The seat is equipped with a seat cushion 20 and a seat back 30 arranged so as to allow angle adjustment by a reclining device 40. The reclining device 40 includes a slide mechanism 50 moved in a back and forth direction in a state that the lower portion of the seat back 30 is connected thereto so as to be turnable around a spindle 56 in a horizontal direction and a guide mechanism 60 for tilting and guiding the seat back 30 in ranges of an upright position and full flat position by turning the seat back 30 around the spindle 56 cooperatively with the movement in a back and forth direction. When the lower portion of the seat back 30 is moved forward by the slide mechanism 50, the seat back 30 is turned around the spindle 56 and reclined toward the full flat position by the guide mechanism 60 cooperatively therewith. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
