<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that it sometimes happens that the ejection speed of ink cannot be kept constant depending on the kind of a pigment dispersion element or an externally added polymer, even when drive energy is optimized in consideration of the effect of a deposited material caused by the dispersing agent of a pigment. <P>SOLUTION: In an inkjet recording apparatus scanning a recording head including an energy generation element generating heat energy for ejecting the ink by supplying the drive energy, and performing recording on a recording medium, first, an ejection frequency is calculated based on recording data and the drive energy supplied to the recording head is settled according to the ejection frequency. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
