<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for treating deep-fried scum of an excellent deoiling rate while it is a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus for treating deep-fried scum includes: an oil separation cage 4 provided with a deep-fried scum slot 3, a bottom wall 41, and a porous peripheral wall 40 by being rotatably provided to be positioned downward of the deep-fried scum slot 3; an electric motor 6 provided to be positioned downward of the oil separation cage 4; a shaft 7 for rotating the oil separation cage 4 by rotation of the motor 6 in the circumferential direction; an opening 21 provided to be positioned downward of the oil separation cage 4 and upward of the motor 6 and rotatably inserting the shaft 7; and an oil collection opening 20. The apparatus is provided with an oil collection guide plate 2 which is a guide face whose upper face guides oil to the oil collection opening. At least one blade 43 positioned downward of the outer face and generating an air flow in a centrifugal direction in rotating the oil separation cage 4 is provided on the outer face of the peripheral wall of the oil separation cage 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
