<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance interest in a game by a performance corresponding to entry of a game medium. <P>SOLUTION: A lower major winning hole formed in a special variable winning ball device reaches an open state in a specific number of times of a round game, such as a fifteenth round, and a game ball enters the lower major winning hole, thus satisfying probability variable control conditions that a probability variable state should result after completion of a jackpot game state. For example in a jackpot game state based on decision of a jackpot type to be a "jackpot A", the upper-limit open time of the major winning hole in the fifteenth round is set longer than that when the jackpot type is a "jackpot B". In completion of the jackpot game state, when a game ball does not enter the lower major winning hole and probability variable control conditions are not satisfied, a jackpot completion informing performance, which has a performance mode differing from that when the game ball enters, is executed.
