<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience while it is complicated for a user to change a reproduction speed every time of reproduction even though there is a demand to make the reproduction speed variable depending on contents or the like when reproducing video content. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic device of an embodiment includes a reproduction instruction reception unit for receiving a reproduction instruction of video content, a genre information acquisition unit for acquiring genre information on the video content for which the reproduction instruction is received, and a reproduction unit for reproducing the video content at the reproduction speed set beforehand according to the acquired genre information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
