PURPOSE: A high efficient solar cell using energy conversion and broadband wavelength absorption is provided to increase luminous efficiency by reabsorbing sunlight reflected from the surface of a first solar cell. CONSTITUTION: A first solar cell includes an N-type semiconductor layer and a P-type semiconductor layer. A heterojunction quantum dot(202) is arranged on the first solar cell and includes a core(210) and a shell(220). The shell surrounds the core. The heterojunction quantum dot transfers electron and hole pairs to the first solar cell. |
