WEAVE STRUCTURE OF TWO-LAYERED DEEP COLOR JACQUARD CLOTH

PURPOSE: A weaving structure of high colored double weave jacquard fabrics is provided to express various touch feelings according to density and structure, especially T/M (transmitter). CONSTITUTION: A weaving structure of high colored double weave jacquard fabric has a structure in which warp threads and weft threads consisting of strands and untwisted yarns are reciprocally crossed. The warp threads are positioned on the outer surface of the fabric and the weft threads are positioned on the inner surface in order to form patterns on different locations. The pattern formation on the inner surface is formed into a crossed structure in which untwisted yarns jump over several lines of twisted yarns and weave towards inside at the next twisted yarn. The outer surface pattern is formed in a crossed structure in which untwisted yarns among weft threads, which are consecutively arranged, jump over a number of twisted yarns and weave towards outside at the next twisted yarn. The twisted yarns consisting of warp threads and weft threads make a weaving structure in which the twisted yarns are one to one crossed.
