<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floating body type hydrodynamic force use system capable of coping with overturning moment by the hydrodynamic force, and suppressing the inclination and upsizing of a floating body, and to provide a wind propulsion ship using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The floating body type hydrodynamic force use system 1 includes an assembly 12 taking out energy from wind or water, and the floating body 13 supporting the assembly 12. The assembly 12 includes a wind receiving part 10 receiving the hydrodynamic force, and a support 11 supporting the wind receiving part 10.
