<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve effects of increasing an absorption amount in a power generation layer by improving effects of deflecting incident light on a rugged sheet 3, and to surely improve total light utilization efficiency by increasing a reflection factor of light reflected in the power generation layer and incident to the rugged sheet 3 on a rugged surface 3a. <P>SOLUTION: A solar cell comprises a power generating element which is configured by laminating a plurality of layers, including a power generation layer, each comprised of an organic thin film and the rugged sheet 3. The rugged sheet 3 is installed on a light incident side surface of the power generating element and a surface on the opposite side of the power generating element is the rugged surface 3a. A refraction factor of the rugged sheet 3 is higher than that of a layer (e.g., a substrate 14) which is positioned most closely to the rugged sheet 3, in the power generating element. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
