<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-performance solar cell in which contact resistance between a collector electrode and a transparent conductive layer is reduced. <P>SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a crystalline silicon solar cell comprising a silicon-based thin-film layer, a transparent conductive layer, and a collector electrode in this order on one main surface of a crystalline silicon substrate of one conductivity type is characterized in that: it includes a metal layer forming step after formation of the transparent conductive layer and before formation of the collector electrode, and a metal layer removing step after the formation of the collector electrode; and a metal layer is removed so as to at least partially expose the transparent conductive layer in the metal layer removing step. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
