<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for manufacturing an adhesive sheet which is controlled in anisotropic characteristics based on the drawing direction of a drawn resin film that forms a base material. <P>SOLUTION: As a lengthy drawn resin film that is used to produce the base material of the adhesive sheet, a one having a specified distribution of orientation axis of a polymer being contained therein is prepared. When a rectangular member corresponding to the shape of a rectangular adhesive sheet is cut from a lengthy film including this lengthy drawn resin film, the angle formed by the longitudinal direction of the lengthy drawn resin film and a rectangular long axis direction that is a direction along the long axis of a rectangular area to be cut as a rectangular base material in the drawn resin film is adjusted in such a manner that a sheet internal polymer orientation angle that is the angle formed by the rectangular long axis direction and the direction of orientation axis of the polymer contained in this rectangular area is within a predetermined angle range. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
