<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize a fixing method of a control substrate thereby realizing further downsizing of an inverter device. <P>SOLUTION: An inverter device includes a bus bar module 20 electrically connecting with multiple switching elements 14, and a control substrate 41 is disposed at the opposite side of the multiple switching elements 14 across the bus bur module 20. The bus bar module 20 is fixed to an inverter case 5 through a module fixing part 27 provided at the bus bar module 20.
