<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable measuring vehicle which is disposed at an upstream side of a mixing device and with which two kinds of substances to be mixed before being supplied to the mixing device can be supplied to the mixing device at the same weight ratio. <P>SOLUTION: A movable measuring vehicle comprises on a travellable vehicle chassis a first conveyance path for conveying a first conveyance object to a downstream-side first carry-out port, first measuring means which is disposed in the middle of the first conveyance path and measures the weight of the first conveyance object to be passed per unit time, first conveyance speed measuring means which measures a conveyance speed of the first conveyance path, a second conveyance path for conveying a second conveyance object to a downstream-side second carry-out port, second measuring means which is disposed in the middle of the second conveyance path and measures the weight of the second conveyance object to be passed per unit time, second conveyance speed measuring means for measuring a conveyance speed of the second conveyance path, and conveyance path control means for controlling a relative speed of the conveyance speed of the first conveyance path and the conveyance speed of the second conveyance path.
