<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary battery measuring apparatus that highly accurately estimates a state of charge (SOC) of each of secondary batteries by measuring an open circuit voltage (OCV) of the batteries. <P>SOLUTION: The secondary battery measuring apparatus comprises: a circuit group formed by connecting in series a plurality of circuits formed by connecting in parallel a first circuit including a first switching element connected to a positive electrode terminal side of a secondary battery cell and a second switching element connected to a negative electrode terminal side of the secondary battery cell, and a second circuit including a third switching element connected to a resistance element; a voltage measurement unit for measuring voltages of respective secondary battery cells; and a control unit for acquiring an open circuit voltage value of each secondary battery cell by setting the first switching element and the second switching element to a cut-off state and setting the third switching element to a conduction state for each secondary battery cell. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
