<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide toners which have high charge stability and, in the case of color toners, excellent chroma, thereby exhibiting little variation in color tone or image density even in massive continuous printing. <P>SOLUTION: The toners contain an acrylic polymer having a unit represented by the specified general formula (1).
