<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air cutoff valve and a restart stabilizing method using the same, switchable to a restart state in a quick response when restarting, and capable of significantly enhancing start stability. <P>SOLUTION: The air cutoff valve includes: a housing unit 1 of a plastic material with a metallic material overlappingly applied to an air passage 3; a flap valve 9 opening and closing the air passage; a motor 11 driven via a controller when starting is commenced by a driver and generating a rotational power for opening the flap valve; an electronic decelerator 20, 30, 40 converting the flap valve from a full close state to a full open state while receiving the rotational power of the motor and maintaining the full open state of the flap valve without driving by the motor so that air is supplied through the air passage at abnormal stop of starting different from stop of starting by the driver; and a return unit 50 returning the flap valve to the full close state by means of elastic recovery force while being not driven by the motor at stop of starting by the driver. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
