<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric wire terminal positioning jig and an electric wire terminal processing method using the same, which requires no power supply nor laborious operation such as wiring or tuning, being usable overseas in which use environment in terms of voltage or the like is different, capable of coping with energy saving. <P>SOLUTION: An electric wire terminal positioning jig 1 includes a board part 3 in which an electric wire 2 runs along length direction, a stopper plate 10 which is rotatably pivoted on the board part side to hit against a tip end 2a of the electric wire, and a visual observation plate 5 on a fixed side which advances into a hole part 9 of the stopper plate having been rotated in the direction of electric wire hitting. The visual observation plate has visual confirmation marking parts 12 and 13 which are exposed from the hole part 9 according to rotational angle of the stoper plate in the direction of electric wire hitting. The electric wire terminal positioning jig 1 is used to perform terminal processing of the electric wire under such condition as the tip end 2a of the electric wire 2 is made to regularly hit against the stopper plate 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
