PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To intuitively grasp the traffic situation of a road even when a spot type sensor is used.

SOLUTION: The traffic situation display device includes: an acquisition part 403 for acquiring the passage time and traveling speed of a vehicle to be measured on the basis of the detection signal of a spot type sensor 11 installed on an expressway; a display part 402 for displaying a vehicle image 412b corresponding to the vehicle at a display position corresponding to the traveling position of the vehicle following the expressway; an estimation part 411 for estimating the traveling position of the vehicle at each predetermined interval on the basis of the passage time and traveling speed of the vehicle acquired by the acquisition part 403; and an image control part 412 for displaying the vehicle image 412b at the display position of the display part 402 corresponding to the traveling position of the vehicle estimated by the estimation part 411.
