<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content transmitter and content receiver capable of improving user convenience in processing relating to content transmission. <P>SOLUTION: A content transmitter of an embodiment comprises: content transmission means for transmitting a first content to a content receiver; stop means for stopping the content transmission by the content transmission means; generation means for dividing the first content into a second content which has been transmitted to the content receiver and a third content which has not been transmitted, when the content transmission has been stopped by the stop means; association means for associating connection information, which associates the back end of the second content with the front end of the third content, with the second and third contents; connection information transmission means for transmitting the connection information to the content receiver, after the stop of the content transmission; and communication means for executing communication for enabling the content which has been received by the content receiver to be available in the content receiver. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
