<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a RAM diagnosis system which is capable of diagnosing one RAM area by the other RAM area independently of a CPU. <P>SOLUTION: The RAM diagnosis system includes a CPU card 1 having a CPU 2, a ROM 3, and an incorporated RAM 4 mounted thereon and an external RAM 5 formed on the outside of the CPU card 1. The incorporated RAM 4 and the external RAM 5 include diagnosis areas 4A and 5A and diagnosing areas 4B and 5B respectively, and the ROM 3 copies diagnosis data in a diagnosis object area out of the diagnosis area 4A of the incorporated RAM 4 to a first save area 51 of the diagnosing area 5B of the external RAM 5, copies it to a second save area 52, inverts diagnosis data in the first save area 51, copies the inverted data to the diagnosis object area, copies the data to the first save area 51, inverts data in the first save area 51, and compares data in the first save area 51 and data in the second save area 52 with each other to determine whether the diagnosis object area is abnormal or not. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
