<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To widely ensure a coil formation region by efficiently laying out a series connection pattern of two spiral conductors. <P>SOLUTION: A common mode filter 100 includes a thin-film coil layer 12 that is provided on a substrate 11, and bump electrodes 13a to 13d and a magnetic resin layer 14 that are provided on a surface of the thin-film coil layer 12. The thin-film coil layer 12 includes spiral conductors 22 and 23 serially connected to each other, spiral conductors 24 and 25 serially connected to each other, and lead-out conductors 26a to 26d. The spiral conductors 22 and 24 are magnetically coupled to each other, and the spiral conductors 23 and 25 are magnetically coupled to each other. Inner peripheral ends of the spiral conductors 22 to 25 are electrically connected to the bump electrodes 13a to 13d respectively via the lead-out conductors 26a to 26d, outer peripheral ends of the spiral conductors 22 and 23 are connected to each other, and outer peripheral ends of the spiral conductors 24 and 25 are connected to each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
