The present invention relates to the enameling industry, particularly to the mass of crystalline enamel type coating obtained on the steel alloy which ensures the following: excludes the entering of specially synthesized promoter for crystallization to the mass of frit, by substituting it with ground sand; necessary thermal expansion of enamel surface is provided by the crystallization of cristobalite and quarz in it, and without having special need to cool down enamel product with a furnace. This considerably simplifies the enamel fusion and crystallization processes.
