<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle seat which includes a heater unit having a heating wire attached to a three-dimensional knitted fabric serving as a base material and which restrains seating comfortableness from being deteriorated by attachment of the heating wire. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicle seat 1 includes the planar heater unit 2 which is fitted with the heating wire 24 for generating heat by energizing the three-dimensional knitted fabric 20 having a three-dimensional layer 23 provided between front and back layers 21 and 22.
